The deadline for receiving products purchased through our virtual store is informed in the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase and starts to count from the 1st business day following the day of confirmation of payment.

Via Miss will comply with the deadlines set forth in this regulation. However, for reasons beyond our control, unforeseen circumstances may arise, in these cases, we will notify customers in advance about the causes of these possible delays and a new forecast.

If the order is lost before delivery to the registration address, the reshipment or cancellation of the order will be carried out after confirmation of the loss by the carrier, which happens within a period of 5 to 7 business days.

Today Via Miss has the most varied transport options, from the post office (sedex, sedex 10 and pac) to carriers (Jadlog, Primici and among others). Delivery time may also vary from state to state, depending on the distance and logistics adopted by each carrier.

Deliveries by carriers are normally made during the period from 08:00 to 20:00 and someone needs to be at the address indicated in the register to receive the order.

It is not possible to schedule a delivery time due to the unavailability of this service in the carriers contracted by Via Miss, so it is important to always follow the updates of the delivery status, tracking according to the data provided by Via Miss Calçados when the order is posted.
